Brantley: Removal of Secession Clause is Matter for the People to Decide

Wednesday 1st October, 2014 Hits:462 Local Ken Richards

St Kitts and Nevis (WINN):  Nevis Deputy Premier Mark Brantley has responded to a suggestion that  the 'Secession Clause' in the St Kitts and Nevis Constitution should be removed.
